Waveform ringing deadzone

Hello friends

I want to ask about hardware about waveform ringing, I’ve tried changing the dead zone to a value of 2 but the waves are still the same.

here I am using an irfb4110 mosfet

is this ringing on the gate of the MOSFET or ringing on the output (motor?)

Could you share the schematics for the circuit you are using? Is it a driver you made yourself or bought one?

Is it causing problems (noise, movement etc)? I think at these frequencies it should be attenuated by the inductance of the motor.
Maybe you can put some small decoupling cap to ground to try and shunt the high frequencies.
