Considering it is based on STM32F405RGT6 it should be possible.
I’m not sure if you have access to SWD pins but maybe ODrive included a way to flash new firmware to the board (USB DFU?)
It would be nice to have the schematic. Otherwise you are doing a lot of guessing for the pinout of the MOSFETs.

If they don’t even give you the schematics don’t buy it for that price, that’s ridiculous. You can get something you know is good for less. Clearly this is another use case for a third generation lepton variant.

Thanks for the M5 Odrive link, I hadn’t seen it before.
I’m looking for a cheap card to drive a 250w 24V scooter motor.
I succeeded today with a B-G431B-ESC1, I’ll post a short video tomorrow, it’s starting to work well.
