The first thing that stands out is the 10K resistor from gate to phase. This is surely not in the STM eval design. You should probably go through the STM eval design and crunch that bug !

I have removed the resistors and the problem is still present.
It is for my university project, the Professor wants a unique design.
I was thinking maybe the problem has to do with the buck converter?.
However, I have successfully tested my machine with the evspins32g4 cloned-development board.
