My name is Raphael, I live in Brazil. I’m new to the forum.
I need to rotate the platter of a turntable at two speeds, 33.3 and 45 RPM. Direct drive (motor shaft rotates the platter). I will probably have to machine parts. I have a 2206 - 100T motor. I thought about using this gimbal motor and an Arduino Nano, but I have no idea how I would do that. I have a lot of experience with analog electronics and almost no experience with programming and motors.
I’ve done some projects with Arduino, but nothing very complex.
If i need a different motor and some kind of driver, I hope you have it on AliExpress, because importing any product to Brazil outside of this Chinese platform is economically unfeasible.

This should be very easy with a SimpleFocShield. You might want to use a belt drive to de-amplify the speed so any velocity error in your control loop is attenuated.
