The STSPIN32F0251Q datasheet does not say much about the ADC other then 12bit.
Just stumbled upon that there STspin32G4, it bouts a whopping 4MSPS and it does have a CAN interface

Recent component searches at global suppliers for simple components show me lead times of over 80 weeks, up from 40 weeks.
A problem that seems to be reflected at JLCPCB on difficulties in submitting an order whose stock quantity is declared to be less than one reel (~ 3000 pcs)
In short, currently, the time to go from a prototype to the eventual production is going from 1 year to 2 years very recently.
