ESP32-WROOM-32D Dev Board Schematics/PCB

Hi sir, my question to you is if i want to programmed esp32 chip using usb to ttl conveter (to see this click the link below) can i programmed the esp32 using this converter if i make esp32 connection with this programmer like tx rx 3.3 and gnd and make a separate connector like relimate with these 4 pins connector in the PCB
can esp32 be programmed ??? as i am an electronic enthusiast so i want to try out programming with this please do reply

SIR I AM HAVING PROBLEM IN UPLOADING THE PROGRAMME TO ESP32 2 to 3 programme I run its working fine but after that it started showing errors like this.

I understand that this is a relatively old post, however I was wondering why you decided to use a external 12MHz oscillator with the CH340G, doesn’t it have one included ? And would it work without it ?
