Hi i’m from india i couldnt find any controller board for the bldc motor inside india if i buy from outside it costs too much for shipping plus duty i found this controller can i use this for simplefoc with arduino and as5600 encoder

No, this can’t be directly used with simpleFOC. However I think I have seen people get this board and remove the driver chip and solder on wires to an Arduino from the pads after driver chip is removed, but this is quite a lot of work and it would be easier to just get a driver which supports FOC out of the gate.
