I am trying to integrate BOOSTXL DRV8323RH with arduino using 6PWM. Could anyone help on how to do the hardware setup.?

Which type of Arduino are you using, it it the UNO R3?
In this case, you have to use all of the 6 PWM pins of the UNO in the following combinations: 5 and 6, 9 and 10, 3 and 11. These pairs have to be used for the high/low control of the three half-bridges.
