B-G431B-ESC1 sending current to phases when not wanted

Hello all,

I tested with the B-G431B-ESC1 for a couple of weeks now and everything was working quite fine.

today when I wanted to test something new and it would just send up to 45 Amp to the phases and the solderd connection on Output 1 gives up under that amount of current. This happens even when there is code on the controller that does not involve motor controlling.

I always now have 12 volts on 2 of the output pins and I dont know why.

On first glance nothing seems burned on the B-G431B-ESC1 but I am no expert so I can’t really tell.

Do you think the B-G431B-ESC1 is toasted or is there anything else that could lead to that ?

I can’t really know but I would be surprised if it worked after that… sorry man. A likely cause is a spec of some conductive stuff getting in the wrong place, it’s a very dense board. Or if you soldered it there could be a fault from that. Or a fault with the code you were running before.

Ok then I will order a new one.
