I was not planning to build my own board because I am pretty new to all of this and hoping to be able to do this with off-the-shelf products. We’ll see about that.
I just discovered the teesny 4.1 with a 600 Mhz clock speed: Teensy® 4.1
maybe that would be a good choice along with the ODrive? This motor won’t use nearly as much power as one might think given its size.
