PID Output Limit value

Could you tell me what the PID Output Limit value refers to? For example, in speed: is it the value of the maximum speed? In angle, what value is it?

The output of the angle PID is a velocity (in rad/s), and the output of the velocity pid is either a voltage (V) or a current (A)
