I have really wanted to use CH32 for motor control, in particular CH32V307 seems very functionally similar to STM32G431, but including some other nice features (including RMII ethernet PHY), but really there is no Arduino framework support at this time. So if you can build the FOC application yourself without any additional drivers, you can do it, but it’s still quite far from being able to drop in any Arduino libraries or use regular development tools (you need to use their special Moun River Studio IDE).
