Now that you posted the “regen braking explained” video, do you still think the PWM switching pattern described there is like applying negative torque?
It’s an honest question because that would mean, sFOC already has the basics to dive deeper into optimizing or regulating regen braking.

@zbaltzer - I don’t think anyone on this forum has done anything with Lishui ebike controller. A couple of questions have been asked about it, but we aren’t connected to Lishui or its firmware.

This forum is about the simplefoc library. I believe you are referring to having problems with a 3rd party firmware that doesn’t use simplefoc
So your question is similar to someone going to an Apple iPhone forum and asking questions about Google Pixel phone. We don’t know anything about that firmware!
The only Lishui questions that are likely to be answered on this forum are if a firmware developer wants to use Lishui and simplefoc to build a new firmware.

I just won and it only works for #define AUTODETECT 1 spinning wheel 5s 1000 rpm THROTTLE working serial print value 0-3500 wheel not spinning.
