Gate to source voltage is equal to battery voltage

I am trying to run the 3KW MCU and it is not the simple foc board.

The problem i am facing is that if i check the gate to source voltage using the differential probe it reads the battery voltage. But it shall be around 12V. The low side is showing 12V from Gate to source (source is ground).
This hardware is newly built. How do i solve the issue?

The reason was the boot strap capacitor charging time was initially 10ms I increased it to 20ms, now the VGS voltage is 10V.
