It’s very hard to tell from the video. What are the red LEDs for?
Both leds in each branch are placed in opposite directions to see direction of current flow.
Hard to tell but kind of looks ok. Try voltage control and tune PID perhaps?
Are you sure the motor is OK ? It looks different on the shops website. Try if you can rotate it by hand. It may have been damaged in the mail ( bent axle )
If you connect your LED’s to the motor and rotate it by hand, do the LED’s blink ?
Yup- I checked it with ESC and it works ok.
I tried it - leds don’t flash but i checked also with oscilloscope and it gives sinusoidal-ish wave around 3V p-p

Right, forgot you ran open loop…
Your much earlier video of it almost working in openloop looked like you had a delay(200) in your loop. The latter looks like you are trying to rotate quite fast with only two leads connected.
It looks like you are really close. Maybe you can post your openloop code.
