Controller options for 5010 360KV motors

I have an 1/10 scale autonomous racing car using four in-wheel 5010 360KV motors. The current setup uses regular, non-FOC controllers and thus suffers from cogging at low speeds.

To improve low speed performance, I want to replace my controllers with FOC ones. I have 2 options:

  1. 4pcs MKS Dual FOC V3.3 Plus (~$100 total cost)
  2. 2pcs MKS XDrive 3.6 (~$150 total cost)

The XDrive 3.6 will obviously handle those motors, being rated for 60A continious and 120A peak current, but it is quite expensive.

Can the Dual FOC V3.3 Plus handle my motors? It is rated for 12A peak current, while the 5010 motor can pull 25-30A at full power. However the throttle level rarely exceeds 50% in my case.

Or are there any other options cheaper (per motor) than XDrive 3.6 but more powerful than Dual FOC V3.3 Plus?
