Controller does not go beyond 10NM

I am running the motor but struggling to go beyond 10Nm torque. If i apply anything above 10Nm the controller does not run and comes to stand still. What causes the controller not to go beyond 10NM or what parameters i need to check. Please help.

It is QS motor 3KW 60V
It is custom board with ST software as a baseline and i have updated code. I am really clueless what all i have to check. Please let me know if i have to share any additional information. The rotor feedback is using hall sensors and it is 3 phase current sensing.

My observation is the Valpha and Vbeta is getting upto around 28000 count in terms of decimal while for 10Nm and the maximum it can go is only 32767. Does it impact and how do i reduce the Valpha and VBeta values?

I know this number, it’s the max value for an int16 :joy:

Sorry because of lack of knowledge i cannot tell in terms of voltage.

I have doubts on the yellow cells where the Iq i am entering is 6000, as per the formula in the code if i multiply with amplification gain of 0.00713 it is 42.78 amps. But if i verify the DC power supply the current is only 2 Amps. The iq current shall be equal to DC current am i correct? Is it related to the torque which i am not getting? Please help.

The issue is because i have put the overcurrent protection and hence it is limiting at 10NM.
