Stm32 nucleoL476RG + motion position

Hi, I’m currently testing your great library simplefoc. I do this with an Arduino uno,mega and a stm32 nucleo476RG. My main interest is in step/direction. Now I notice that at step/direction the motor stops after rotation with arduino uno and mega but continues to rotate with stm32 and therefore does not stop. Are there any ideas how to solve this ?
