Are you enabling your driver ? You use BLDCDriver6PWM with only 6 parameters … not sure if you are enabling your driver.

// BLDCDriver6PWM( int phA\_h, int phA\_l, int phB\_h, int phB\_l, int phC\_h, int phC\_l, int en)  
// - phA\_h, phA\_l - A phase pwm pin high/low pair  
// - phB\_h, phB\_l - B phase pwm pin high/low pair  
// - phB\_h, phC\_l - C phase pwm pin high/low pair  
// **- enable pin - (optional input)**
